Cancellation Policy

Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. As a courtesy, we aim to send reminders for all pending appointments.

A deposit of up to 50% is required to secure all appointments. If a cancellation is made more than 2 working days prior to the appointment, this deposit is refundable.

If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible by phone, email or sms and we will endeavour to find you an appointment which suits you better.

In the instance of a late cancellation (within 2 working days of your appointment) or non-attendance, the deposit is non refundable or transferable.
